Rajasthan Royals – The Runners-up

Rajasthan Royals had an impressive season, reaching the final for the first time since their title-winning run in the inaugural IPL season in 2008. Despite a stellar season from Jos Buttler, who was the tournament’s highest run-scorer, Rajasthan couldn’t manage to post a challenging total in the final. Their bowlers, including Yuzvendra Chahal, who won the Purple Cap for the most wickets, couldn’t defend the low total.
